Serve at the Food Drop
Mark your calendars for the Spring Food Drop on April 12th! Our semi-annual food giveaway is right around the corner. We will be giving out a free Easter meal complete with a whole ham along with all the fixings to as many families as possible.
Check out all the ways you can serve:
1. Food Drop bags will be available for pickup starting March 9th! Fill up with groceries following the directions on the tag and bring back to Crossroads by April 10th (or you can use your own bag, instructions and food list below!)
2. Give a special offering donation to cover the cost of the ham and fresh produce purchased.
3. Serve by organizing and packing food the night before, on Fri April 11th from 6-7pm.
4. Serve at the Food Drop on Sat April 12! Several ways to serve this year include Guest: Hospitality [7:30am - delivering coffee to cars/doggie treats for our furry friends], Cafe Volunteer Host [7am - caring for our volunteers with treats and hot beverages], Prayer Team [7am - welcome and chat with our guests in their cars, invite them to service, offer prayer], Food Distribution [8am] Parking/Security [7am], Event Cleanup [11am]
