What is Growth Track?

Growth Track is a guide to help you discover God’s unique purpose for your life and how to live the life that He has created for you. Growth Track is made up of three steps that equip you to connect with Crossroads, discover the strengths that God has intentionally designed you with, and use those God-given gifts to make an impact in the lives of others! 

What are the three steps?

Step One  
Discover Crossroads

Connect with Crossroads and discover the ins and outs of the church, learn details about beliefs, leadership, how we handle money, and how we intentionally organize our church.

Step Two
Discover your Shape

Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and begin the journey of discovering your purpose in life and how you can make a difference in the lives of others.

Step Three
Join the Team

Find out what it means to make a difference by joining the team and connect to the opportunities available at Crossroads to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts.

When is Growth Track happening?

Growth Track is starting in January 2024 and will take place immediately following the 10am service on Sunday morning. It will last approximately 45min - 1 hour. You can complete the weeks in any order, just let us what date you'd like to start! The dates for 2024 will be:

• January 7, 14, 21
• March 3, 10, 17
• May 5, 12, 26 (May 19 we'll break for Impact Sunday)
• October 6, 13, 20
• December 1, 8, 15

The first Sunday of these months will be Step One, second Sunday Step Two, and third Sunday (except for May) Step Three.
