Here’s where we stand: For the first time, our mortgage balance has dropped to under $6 million. That’s a huge milestone! Thanks to wise stewardship and the generosity of people like you, we’ve eliminated our credit line, built an emergency fund of $325,000, and secured a steady mortgage rate for the next five years — saving us around $400,000.

But we’re not stopping there. If we can raise $500,000 in the next year, we’ll be able to pay off our mortgage faster, freeing up resources for more ministry, outreach, and community impact. Every dollar gets us closer to a future where we can serve and give in even bigger ways.
