At Little Blessings Veterans Outreach, we rely on the dedication and compassion of our volunteers to serve our community and care for our animals. We currently have several opportunities for those willing to lend a helping hand. Check out the details below and see how you can make a difference!
Make An Impact
1. Ranch Care Volunteers (Weekdays)
We need volunteers with daytime availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, flexible) who can commit to a weekly shift for at least four weeks.
Duties:
Filling/dumping water buckets
Preparing hay bags and grain
Cleaning stalls and the indoor arena
This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

2. Weekend Equine Care Volunteer
We’re seeking one reliable person with a flexible weekend schedule to train in equine care and assist when needed.
Duties:
Equine nutrition, handling, and equipment use
Stepping in to care for horses as required
Prior horse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 30 pounds is essential.

3. Indoor Cleaning Volunteers
Help us keep our indoor spaces tidy! Volunteer during daytime or evening hours, depending on your availability.
Duties:
Sweeping, mopping, dusting
Window and bathroom cleaning
This is a one-time commitment, with the option to sign up for multiple shifts.
